RALEIGH, N.C. — The David Passaro court case is being pushed back.
Prosecutors and the defense team have asked the courts for extensions to file pre-trial motions.
Passaro was released from jail in August while he awaits trial.
Passaro is charged with beating an Afghan prisoner while working with the CIA as a civilian contractor. That prisoner later died.
