CLAYTON, N.C. — A man wanted in connection with three arson fires in Johnston County may be in Florida.
Authorities say fires were deliberately set in the Alta Mobile Home Park on Highway 42 near Clayton in February.
Police want to talk to Armando Mendoza, whom they call a person of interest. Authorities know he is in Florida, but they do not know where in the state.
