Raleigh, N.C. — WRAL will carry President George W. Bush's address live at 9 p.m. Wednesday and will join the University of North Carolina basketball game in progress afterward.
The Tar Heels' game against the University of Virginia will air in its entirety beginning at 9 p.m. on the WRAL NewsChannel, digital channel 5.2 and channel 256 on the Time Warner cable system.
