RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the men charged with killing an 89-year-old Durham woman has cut a deal with prosecutors.
Little Freeman pleaded guilty Thursday to a second-degree murder charge. Freeman was charged in the 2002 shooting death of Lois Cannady.
Freeman's plea agreement requires him to testify against three other men charged in the case.
Another suspect, Ricky Morris, entered a similar plea last month.
