SANFORD, N.C. — Police say an argument may have led to the shooting death of a Sanford man Tuesday night.
Junior Ridges, 29, of Sanford, is charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of James Raeford, 26,
Raeford was shot in the head on Hall Street just before 8 p.m.
Ridges is being held in the Lee County Jail on $1 million bond.
