RALEIGH, N.C. — A man charged in a deadly accident in Apex last week lost his immigration appeal.
Chikele Gideon will be held without bond by immigration officials. After sitting on the books more than a year, the appeal was denied by the Board of Immigration four days after the accident.
Officials will wait until the local criminal court finishes with his case before they deport him to Tanzania.
