HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — Prosecutors are moving forward with their case against the men accused of killing a mother and her teenage daughter during a high-speed chase.
A Harnett County grand jury indicted Roame Jackson, John Kelly, Gregory King, Jodie Steele and Stephen Swinton.
Prosecutors say the men were fleeing a botched bank robbery when they crashed into another car. Wanda and Shannon Knox were killed.
The five men face first-degree murder charges.
