RALEIGH, N.C. — A Florida billboard company is going after state Transportation Secretary Lyndo Tippett.
Sunshine Outdoor of Florida is suing Tippett for violating the company's right to free speech.
The company claims he tried to censor advertising by an adult entertainment business in Harnett County.
