LUMBERTON, N.C. — Two suspects in a deadly drive-by shooting are due in court Monday.
Frank Yambo Jr. and Jason Bunner are charged with first-degree murder. Yambo is the son of a Lumberton police officer.
Investigators say the two thought they were firing shots into an empty house. Jennie Revels, who was asleep inside the home, was killed by one of the bullets.
Revels was the aunt of former Miss North Carolina Rebekah Revels.
