RALEIGH, N.C. — Four people were transported to a hospital following a wreck in Raleigh Tuesday night.
The accident happened just after 8 p.m. at Lake Wheeler and Peach Creek roads.
Police say Derrick Cornel McDonald and Alfredo Francisco Cedillo Ortega were driving their cars when they collided. One of the cars hit a pedestrian, Robert Lee Hingley.
Hingley is listed in critical condition. The other injuries were not considered serious.
No charges are expected in the case.
