RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh are looking for a man they say approached a 13-year-old female student as she walked to school last week. The man, who was in a car, was not wearing any clothes.
Police say the man approached the teen at about 7 a.m. Wednesday as she was walking along Pebble Beach Drive on her way to East Millbrook Middle School.
The man was driving a white four-door automobile, possibly a Mazda, with a rear spoiler. The man attempted to engage the victim in conversation, but fled the scene when the victim ran away, police said.
The man was described as being in his 30s with a light to medium complexion. He was bald and had a goatee.
Anyone with information that might help investigators is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department at (919) 890-3555.
