DURHAM, N.C. — Durham's performing arts center, which was slated to be built on the old DATA bus site, is now officially on hold.
Clear Channel Entertainment withdrew its name as the operator of the center.
The media company decided it could not agree to the operating terms the city wanted.
City leaders will now start looking for other options.
