FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A 13-year-old girl was in intensive care Saturday night after a loaded gun went off.
Fayetteville police said a 16-year-old was unloading a gun when it went off Saturday morning. The girl was hit in the side and rushed to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center for surgery.
Police have not filed charges.
