RALEIGH, N.C. — A deal is in the works for one of Raleigh's most popular shopping destinations.
Florida-based Regency Centers plans to buy Cameron Village.
Current owner Branch Properties bought Cameron Village in 2001, and started renovations to the 55-year-old shopping center.
The deal is expected to close in the fall.
