RALEIGH, N.C. — A rape suspect has been returned to the Triangle after being captured in Florida.
Timothy Owens was in a Wake County courtroom Monday.
Police believe Owens raped two women in April and June. United States Marshals arrested him in Miami earlier this month.
Owens also is being charged with theft and drug possession and is being held on $1 million bond.
