Man Faces Hit-And-Run Charges After Woman Falls From Vehicle

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have made an arrest in the case of a woman witnesses say tumbled out of a car over the weekend.

Jeffrey Price, 33, turned himself in to police Monday.

Authorities said Price was driving the car from which 19-year-old Latasha Annette Arrington was ejected. She later died from her injuries at WakeMed.

Price faces felony hit-and-run charges.
