DURHAM, N.C. — A delinquent homeowner's house will go on the auction block next week.
Marlynda Bodison is years behind on her loan payments to the city and property taxes. The city decided to foreclose on the home after Bodison failed to make payments on her $30,000 affordable housing loan.
Bodison appealed the decision, but lost.
The Canal Street home will be up for public auction next Tuesday morning at the county courthouse.
