Twins Indicted In Raleigh Woman's Murder

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A grand jury has indicted twin brothers accused of fatally shooting a woman in a State Employee's Credit Union parking lot.

Shaudria Barfield was found in her car in the parking lot of the credit union just off Falls of Neuse Road on July 3.

Barfield's former boyfriend, Larry Carter, and his brother, Lamont, were indicted on murder charges Monday.

Investigators say that money Barfield had just taken out of an ATM before she was shot is missing.
