print friendly

There are new charges in a Durham murder case dating back nearly two years.

Durham police believe Rahteek Victoria shot and killed Carl Greenlaw in October 2002. Greenlaw was found in his car in the Grove Park subdivision.

Victoria is currently on the run. However, a second suspect is already in custody. Officers arrested Virgil Harris Thursday at the Orange County Jail.

Harris also faces trial in Wake and Orange counties for armed robbery.
