FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville businessman accused of bilking senior citizens of millions of dollars faces more charges.

A grand jury indicted Anthony Allen on 32 charges Tuesday.

Allen faces more than 100 different charges. His bail is set at nearly $33 million.

Investigators say Allen, a former insurance agent, tricked senior citizens into giving him money by promising to invest it for them.
