Fayetteville Man Surrenders On Manslaughter Charges

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man turned himself in Tuesday to Cumberland County sheriff's detectives.

Robert Stocks, 34, of Fayetteville, is accused of manslaughter in the shooting death of Charles Smith.

Smith's body was found in a ditch on Bogie Island Road last week.
