HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — An Orange County man whose yard is full of junk was back in court Monday.
The judge decided to take Hoyle King off of probation. It is up to the county to decide when to go in and remove the junk from his yard.
Neighbors complain that King's yard is an eyesore. The 82-year-old Mebane man's court case has continued longer than any other in Orange County history.
The court previously ordered King to put up a fence, which he has finally done.
