RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh's Cameron Village could be bought by one of the largest owners of neighborhood shopping centers.
Florida-based Regency Centers is reportedly the leading bidder for Cameron Village and 24 other shopping centers owned by Atlanta-based Branch Properties.
The shopping center is currently under renovation.
