CARY — Cary residents get a chance to voice their cable concerns Thursday night.
The town council will hold a public hearing on a Cary's telecommunications ordinance and a new franchise agreement with Time Warner Cable.
People with questions and comments will have the chance to speak at Thursday's town council meeting at 6:30 p.m. It will be held at the Herb Young Community Center on Wilkinson Avenue.
