RAEFORD, N.C. — Officials are investigating the death of a man found in a swimming pool Tuesday.
A resident discovered a body in his pool on Old Maxton Road around 7:30 a.m.
Investigators believe Fidel Santiago, 32, drowned, but they are not sure what he was doing at the home. They do not suspect foul play.
Santiago's body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
