DURHAM, N.C. — The Durham County Sheriff's Office will likely rule a drowning death in May was accidental.
Brian Jordan's body was found in Falls Lake. Authorities say he was apparently fishing at night with friends, but they did not report him missing until the next morning.
Detectives say Jordan's blood-alcohol level was 0.23 percent.
Authorities think it is possible Jordan fell off the bridge where he was fishing.
