JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — One person was killed in a four-car pileup on Interstate 40 West near the Johnston-Sampson county line late Sunday.
Emergency medical crews say one car was on fire when they arrived at the scene around 10:30 p.m.
At least six people were injured.
