DURHAM, N.C. — Prosecutors will seek the death penalty for two men accused of killing a Durham nurse.
Investigators say Anthony Patterson and Naeem Rasheed "Nino" Mahmoud kidnapped and killed Tia Carroway.
Both suspects had words and had to be separated during their first court appearance two years ago.
