DURHAM, N.C. — Durham's new call center is still working out the kinks. A problem with phone service has put after-hours calls out of business.
The call center is still fully functional from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Callers are asked to use the line in those hours until the problem is fixed.
The call center opened in June at City Hall. It is designed to give people a number to call for information on local government and services.
