RALEIGH, N.C. — The fight over a naval jet landing field proposed for eastern North Carolina is back in court.
The Navy asked a judge Wednesday to reconsider an injunction which stopped work until the case is resolved.
Opponents are concerned about how the naval jets would impact the environment, particularly a nearby wildlife refuge.
