Cary Town Departments Move Into New Offices

print friendly

If you are looking for the Cary Police Department, it has moved to a new building. The second phase of the Cary Town Hall expansion project opened Monday.

The police and finance departments, along with the town's clerk, manager, attorney, and technology services moved into their new offices over the weekend.

Skanska Construction accrued nearly $30,000 in late fees on the first phase, which was the parking garage. Now, the company may face more late fees due to the latest construction. The project is nine months past due.

The entire project is expected to be finished by mid-2005.
