RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police are sorting through the details of an accident involving an officer.
The accident happened just before 11 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Capital Boulevard and New Hope Church Road. Officials said a police car and another car collided in the middle of the intersection.
Officer Raymond Malott and the driver of the other car, Octavia Johnson, went to the hospital with minor injuries.
There is no word yet about who was at fault.
