RALEIGH, N.C. — An interested buyer placed an offer on Mike Peterson's Durham mansion.
Realtors say a sale is pending. The buyer is just waiting for inspections to come through.
The home was originally on the market for $1.1 million, but it has been reduced to $695,000. There is no word on who the interested buyer is.
Mike Peterson is serving a life sentence for killing his wife, Kathleen, inside the house.
