DURHAM, N.C. — Realtors knocked off another $100,000 from the asking price for the former house of convicted murderer Mike Peterson.
The mansion on Cedar Street is now listed for $695,000. It was initially offered at $1.1 million.
It is the third time the price was lowered.
Last year, Mike Peterson was convicted of killing his wife, Kathleen, inside the house. He is serving life in prison.
