FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The Radisson Prince Charles Hotel in Fayetteville is on the market for $4.5 million.
The current owners said investors approached them, wanting to buy the building. Right now, four groups appear to be interested in purchasing the hotel.
The Prince Charles opened in 1925. According to the owners, it has a higher occupancy rate than the national average.
