RALEIGH, N.C. — The state Agriculture Department is warning fairgoers to be on the lookout for fake tickets to the
State Fair
, particularly tickets for a performance by hometown pop sensation Clay Aiken.
State Agriculture Commissioner Britt Cobb said his office has received numerous reports that people are already trying to sell tickets to the Oct. 18 concert.
The offers are not legitimate because the tickets have not even been printed yet.
