CHATHAM COUNTY, N.C. — A Chatham County principal found dead in his Raleigh home took his own life.
Police say the family of 37-year-old Michael Trifaro found his body Saturday night.
Trifaro was the principal of Northwood High School in Pittsboro for three years. He began as a teacher with the school system in 1993.
