Halifax County Man Accused Of Trying To Kill Wife

ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — A Halifax County man has been arrested for allegedly trying to run over his wife with his car.

Officers said Bruce Moore pushed his wife out of the car and tried to run her over in Roanoke Rapids. He was charged with attempted murder and assault.

The wife, Catherine Moore, suffered minor injuries.
