FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville's Festival of Flight may get a hand paying off its debts.
Organizers agreed to let Cumberland County's Tourism Authority pay the remaining nine local vendors a total of $34,000.
Festival organizers still owe out-of-state vendors more than $170,000. They are asking the state to help with that bill.
The 11-day festival ran last May.
