"My worry is if the man named in the indecent liberty charge is an illegal alien, he will simply return to Mexico."

Lets begin by your ignorant assumptions that this man is Mexican just because he has a spanish sounding last name. It is called geography, there are over 21 countries with millions of spanish speakers. Get your damn facts straight.Do you people have access to INS records? Because apparently you do since you have already decided that he is illegal. Has it occured to you that this person may be a legan alien. Even gasp, a U.S. citizen? Also these are just allegations he has not gone to court and nothing has been proven, it seems to me that his name and his family are being dragged through the mud by mere allegations. This is one of the main problems with the media in this country, like the person above said what the hell happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?

My worry is if the man named in the indecent liberty charge is an illegal alien, he will simply return to Mexico, or worse assume a new identity as I know personally that illegals do when faced with criminal charges in this country. For a few hundred dollars they are able to obtain SS cards in any name they choose.

This is most likely not a "Wake County Man" as the PC reporter has written. It's most likely that this is yet just another criminal illegal alien who has zero business in Wake County and is now about to become more of a burden on Wake County and North Carolina tax payers thanks to the inaction of the legislature and Governor Easley and our Congressional leaders and President to do anything about it in this state.
