ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — A Rocky Mount man is charged with murdering his ex-girlfriend's infant.
Police say 27-year-old Jeffrey House suffocated 17-month-old John Dornseif back in February.
House was living with the baby's mother when the baby died.
House is currently in jail without bond.
