CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Police in Chapel Hill are looking for a man they say robbed the Willow Drive Bank of America branch Wednesday afternoon.
Police say the man entered the bank at 4:35 p.m., approached a teller and demanded money. The man said that he had a gun, although no weapon was displayed, officials said. The man took an undisclosed amount of cash and left the building.
He is described as black, approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds. The man was wearing a white shirt and blue jeans. Police say he was also wearing a black wig and pink lipstick.
