Car, Train Collide In Knightdale

KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — Authorities are investigating a collision between a car and a freight train in Knightdale Friday morning.

The train reportedly struck the car as it crossed the tracks near 1st Avenue.

Police say a 75-year-old man driving the car suffered minor injuries.
