Judge Raises Bail For Fayetteville Man Accused Of Embezzlement

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The man accused of conning senior citizens out of their life savings will have to spend more if he wants out of jail.

A Cumberland County judge raised Anthony Allen's bail to almost $20 million.

Each time prosecutors file new charges against Allen, his bail goes up.

Allen is accused of bilking 48 senior citizens out of a combined $9 million.
