ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. — A Robeson County man was shot and killed Sunday evening.

Authorities say 17-year-old Jonathan Quinn Hunt was shot twice while he sat in the passenger seat of his girlfriend's vehicle in Pembroke.

Chad Elliott Oxendine, 24, was arrested Monday morning and charged with first-degree murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle. He is currently in jail without bond.

Authorities said there had been an ongoing feud between Hunt and Oxendine over Oxendine's ex-wife. At the time of the shooting, Oxendine's children, ages 3 and 5, were in the back seat of the vehicle Hunt was in.

Kimberly Locklear, 19, was also arrested and charged with first-degree murder. She is being held without bond.
