Cumberland Woman Wanted For Murder Of Boyfriend

— Authorities in Cumberland County are looking for a woman, who police say, murdered her boyfriend.

Cumberland authorities were called to Josie Street Tuesday morning regarding a shooting. When deputies arrived on the scene, they found 26-year-old Robert D. Williams lying in the front yard suffering from a gunshot wound.

Williams was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where he later died.

Sheriff's detectives are looking for 28-year-old Tywanda Shonda McPherson, Williams' live-in girlfriend.

Witnesses observed McPherson leaving the residence in a 1989 4-door rust-colored Honda Civic Hatchback with NC license plate
