RALEIGH, N.C. — The return of two children to North Carolina after being abducted by their father last week is unclear.

Antonio Diggs, 4, and his sister, Caramel, 6, were located unharmed with their father, Henry, 43, in New York early Monday morning.

Henry Diggs was arrested by members of the NYPD fugitive task force.

The children were scheduled to return to Raleigh-Durham International Airport Tuesday in the care of a California Division of Social Services worker.

California DSS had removed the children from Diggs' custody and they were living in Linden with Alice Walker, Diggs' sister.

Walker faces charges for providing false information to the Harnett County investigators.
