FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A soldier who had been serving in Afghanistan is now in Fayetteville facing murder charges.
Police think Harrison Fitzwater Jr. killed Sgt. Terry Webb 13 years ago. Webb's remains were found in the back yard of a house in Hope Mills in March.
Police say Fitzwater lived in that house in 1991.
