1 Killed In Wreck On Interstate 95

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators say heavy rain caused a driver to lose control along Interstate 95, killing one person Sunday.

Four sisters from Georgia were in the car that wrecked along northbound I-95 between mile markers 43 and 44.

Inez Solomon, a passenger in the front seat was killed.

Two of her three sisters were transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Hellen Solomon is listed in good condition.The driver, Senat Solomon, and Eden Solomon were treated and released.
