Mismarked Grave Case Could Go To Durham Jury

DURHAM, N.C. — The court battle over a grave mistake could go to a jury Monday.

A Durham family is suing State Rep. Mickey Michaux and his brother, Eric.

The Michauxs own Glenview Memorial Park in Durham.

Dorothy and Charles Miles say their daughter's grave was mismarked so many times, they don't know where she's buried.

The Michauxs blame the mix up on J & P Memorials, the company that made the marker.
